March Madness Fishing Contest on White LakeCharter: WhitehallCharters.comDate Posted: Feb 15, 08 14:22 1st Annual “March Madness” Ice Fishing Contest on White Lake ( from the causeway bridge to the White Lake Channel ) March 1st and 2nd, 2008 Sponsored by White Lake Area Sportfishing Association White Lake Eagles Whitehall Montague Charter Boat Association GRAND PRIZES Walleye – 1st, 2nd, 3rd Perch – 1st, 2nd, 3rd Panfish - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Separate Perch Division for children 13 and under ( top 5 places ) Weigh-in at the White Lake Eagles (Open to the Public) 1204 S Lake, Whitehall Sat. 12 noon – 4pm Sun. 10am – 2pm Awards and Door Prizes - Sunday 3pm (must be present for door prizes) Tickets - $3.00 Johnsons Great Outdoors and Armstrongs Bait and Tackle Saturday - Beer Boiled Brats (sautéed green pepper, onion, sauerkraut) 12 noon – 4pm $2.00 ea RULES 1. All DNR rules apply. 2. Fish must be caught in White Lake from the BUS 31 causeway bridge to the White Lake channel (includes the channel). 3. Must be in the weigh-in line by 4pm Sat. and 2pm Sun. 4. Weigh-in will be held inside the White Lake Eagles. 5. All prizes will be awarded at 3pm Sunday. 6. In case of a tie, early entry wins. 7. White Lake Area Sportsfishing Assc., White Lake Eagles, and the Whitehall Montague Charter Boat Captains are not responsible for any accidents. 8. Ticket is good for both days. 9. Retain this ticket for door prizes (drawings are by ticket number). 10. Must be present for all awards and prizes. |
